1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

No purchase, payment, or financial consideration is required to enter or win. A purchase will not improve an individual’s chances of winning. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: Entrants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

  • Residency: Participation is limited to legal residents of Owasso, Oklahoma, and the surrounding regions currently serviced by the Promoter.

  • Service Area Verification: Entrants are encouraged to contact Rogers Handyman Services & General Contracting, LLC directly to verify if their residence falls within our established service boundaries.

3. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Giveaway shall commence on February 1, 2026, and conclude on February 28, 2026, at 11:59 PM CST (the "Closing Date"). Entries received after the Closing Date will not be considered.

4. CUMULATIVE ENTRY SYSTEM (HOW TO ENTER) This giveaway is based on active engagement throughout the entire month of February. Participants earn entries by interacting with all posts made by the Rogers Handyman Services Facebook page during the promotion period.

  • Point System: Each individual Like, Share, and Comment on a post counts as one (1) entry.

  • Winning Criteria: The participant who accumulates the highest total number of entries (the most likes, shares, and comments combined) by the end of the month will be declared the winner.

  • Verification: Engagements must be public so they can be tracked and verified by the Promoter.

5. PRIZE DESCRIPTION & CONDITIONS The designated prize is a discount of 25% off labor costs for one (1) future service project.

  • Exclusivity: This prize is strictly valid for the winner only. It is non-transferable and may not be used, assigned, or redeemed by any individual, household, or entity other than the verified winner.

  • No Cash Value: The prize holds no cash equivalent and cannot be redeemed for currency, store credit, or applied to previous balances or invoices.

  • Redemption Period: Services associated with this prize must be officially scheduled and performed within one (1) calendar year of the winner announcement date.

  • Project Approval: All service requests are subject to the Promoter’s standard project evaluation, safety standards, and scheduling availability.

6. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

  • Selection: One (1) winner will be selected.

  • Announcement: The winner will be formally announced on the official Rogers Handyman Services Facebook page on March 1, 2026.

  • Verification Requirement: To claim and receive the prize, the selected winner must provide their full name, a valid phone number, and the specific property address where the service is to be performed. This information is required to verify residency within the service area and to create the service account.

  • Security Protocol: The Promoter will contact the winner exclusively through official Direct Message. Note: Rogers Handyman Services will never request credit card details, sensitive financial data, or send "Friend Requests" to facilitate prize redemption.

7. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Rogers Handyman Services & General Contracting, LLC an irrevocable right to use the winner’s name, likeness, and/or biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes across all media platforms without further compensation or notification, except where prohibited by law.

8. RELEASE OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION

By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Rogers Handyman Services & General Contracting, LLC, its officers, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in this giveaway or the use/misuse of the prize awarded.
